I made the title catchy, but in reality, I am posing a question. How do you get your Coworkers to join PEx via The Working Filipino forum? We had a discussion on this months ago at another thread, but I think the current increase of message traffic merits this separate post.

One thing I am doing now: While I am digging up old threads for revival, I e-mail coworkers on threads that are relevant to them. Would that work at your workplace?

same as what zimdude is doing i email officemates and some other friends who are the "experts" in certain threads here in PinoyExchange. :) so far, they have been responding and are staying in PinoyExchange.
another thing is to involve the HR head of each company, with this he/she can easily encourage officemates to post in The Working Filipino Forum...it also helps his work as HR head, right?

After the eb last saturday, i believe that bringing friends to EBs, also help...after meeting people from the different forums, they get encouraged to join our online community :)

I just saw this thread again and i want to know if where you able to encourage your officemates to join PEx because of your own experience with the site?

Maganda sana mag-invite ng co-employees. The problem is our management might ban this site. They banned all e-mail accounts like yahoo, hotmail, etc. and job search engines like jobsdb, jobstreet, etc. Ewan ko, I think they're really paranoid. They don't want their employees doing things other than legitimate work.
