What can you say about Filipino employees in embassies here in Manila? Accomodating ba sila?

What are you asking them to do for you?

My experience with Filipinos working in foreign embassies is that they are generally professional and helpful, and they certainly do not act like pompous a$$es as if they were foreigners in their own country.

That said, however, most Filipinos do not occupy positions of significant rank in foreign embassies, so they are not involved in making major decisions.
