here are some criteria i have for jobs i want...

1. proximity of workshop/office
2. salary
3. relevance to my interests/course
4. size of the company or its name

it all depends on your personality, and what your motivators are. i know a friend who cannot work unless she's got a corporate-looking office, mala-hotel ba. :looking:

for me, my motivator is the freedom to do whatever i want, the amount of control i can exert in a project, and the responsibility, of courze. plus i really want a job that will broaden my horizons. i'm a control freak... :flog: but i can work from a dump if i have to.
