how can i get rid of my "bilbil"??? can u suggest an activity or exercise? cant afford to go to a gym... and please - no sit-ups!!!

You can get yourself one of those ab roller machines they sell in sporting goods stores that go for less than P500. They come with different forms of exercises that will help trim your middle. I do not recommend sit-ups. They're bad for the back, especially when done wrongly.

try to avoid salty foods and sweets.

if you can't avoid them, just try to lessen your intake little by little.

I'm not an expert or anything but it's always logical to lessen your food intake so fat is burned whenever we do simple exercise (simple brisk walking). We cannot spot reduce, meaning we cannot choose a specific part of the body to slim down, you need to reduce overall body fat and this should include your waist eventually. So no matter how hard you try to do curls or what not you will only develop the muscle in that area but still the fats are covering it so there goes your 500 pesos. If going to the gym is really not a choice for your, the best you can do is jog or at least do brisk walking everyday. It won't be the optimal way of losing those fats but it will definitely help. I agree with you alterago. qt_ako, if you don't exercise, at least count the calories you take it. Most people with not much physical activity should take 1,300 calories only to lose weight :) Get your dressings and other energy bars in healthy options.

The problem with the bilbil thingy is that you're fighting against the natural human instinct eh...

Kung gusto mo talagang makita yang washboard abs mo(or atleast a nice flat stomach), you have to exercise, watch what you eat and add running to ur regimen.
