Been jobless for the past 1 yr and a month. Trying to do my MA thesis, but things aren't looking up in that area, thus, I wanna go back to the rat race. If you have leads on Human Resources or Customer service job openings, please let me know.

I have another idea --- to set up an online group therapy for the jobless, the restless and the confused. I know this sounds pathetic but it'll beat boredom!

restless_me, hope you read this soon. I'm not sure if you know about this event, but I'll mention it right away. There's an event in the RCBC Plaza (Makati) right now entitled "IT Rules". It's an IT job fair and expo. You might to visit that - until tomorrow na lang. JobsDB has a booth there.

Have you been actively looking for a job? For a year already? I think it's really hard to look for a job right now - you're not alone in this.

For boredom. If you have money to spare maybe you can try out different stuff - seminars and other things. Log in to PEx often and go to our EB's - you'll get to meet other people, some of them are also looking for jobs!
