Since Activant doesn't have any openings I'm strongly considering moving to Intuit sa Shaw... Mas malapit pa sa bahay ko... To me Matrix doesn't have much hope for growth and promotion anymore. Bwiset na Total Solutions at CSAT kasi...

I'm applying for tsr position and had my initial interview kanina the HR told me to comeback on monday for exam and final interview. Ano ba exam and final interview questions dito? Thanks

Yup, 26K all in package... 19 basic pay plus the allowances.. *okay*
Tumawag ulit sa akin yung Etel kanina... the recruiter advised me na meron pa silang training schedule for August 3 w/c is next Monday, so nag-verify pa sila kung pwede ko tanggapin ang offer...

P13,500 lang ba offer nila for level 1 tsr, wala bang premium? kasi may less than 2 years na experience ako as csr. thanks.

This.. Would you rather work for TP Dell (which is a harder account compared to networking and the company sucks big time) or Etel Vonage (which is only networking and Company is waaaaaaaaaaay better). I think the answer is obvious. :D
The problem with the Intuit, post for me, is its confusing. Some company label their agents as L2 (like TP verizon) but in fact they are only L1 for most companies. The way other companies label their techs is like this: Sales/Billing = L1, Tech Support = L2, SME/Advanced Support = L3 while others is like this Sales/Billing/Tech Support = L1 and SME/Advanced Support is L2.
I came from Intuit before and they call the advanced support SMEs and as far as i know Etel rarely hire advanced support externally. If someone here, from Intuit or HR, can answer or clarify the said post then it will be clearer. :)

I agree. I applied for L2 position but as far as I know the tasks we'll be handling would be L1-like still.. usual stuff like answering calls,etc.. no worries though since title is no biggie for me as long as the company treats us well

hey guys thanks for the replies, i really appreciate it. even though i want to start training with etel this monday, i'm afraid i can't because something came up and i was not able to have my medical exam. grrrr...i think they will not allow me to have my training this monday since they are strict with the requirements. sad.

Hi to all of Etelecare people...i have a dilema & i really need your advice...i just signed my job offer yesterday coz i don't wanna miss out sa opportunity..but i have 2 kids & my wife's in school graduating this march and we don't have a nanny to take care of our kids...so i made calls yesterday hoping to find one but unsuccessful. I'm asked to start on monday to work for Etel but i have a situation at home...now given my concern it's best if i settle my family's situation first before working...
Is it possible to retract the contract lalo't may bond sa Etel? afterall sa monday pa naman ako start but fact is i signed the contract already...ayaw ko naman mag AWOL but as a father mas ayaw ko naman lagay sa alanganin mga anak ko...
Would appreciate much from you guys if you can give me the best thing to do given my situation and the technicalities that i'm facing...pressed for time...
Thank you sa inyo!
Cancelling the contract is a sign of indecisiveness. You should've analyzed your situation first prior to your application. Unless there is an emergency (it doesn't seem so in your story), any reason you have is a turn off.
But of course, only you can decide what's best for you. Just be confident and learn from this experience. Good luck! :-)

nasa foundation training pa lang kami pero this early i can already say na this account kicks ***! i'm beginning to grasp the nature of the account and it is really not complicated and stressful compared sa ibang tech account.. bukod sa fixed na sat sun ang off.. agents here SELDOM gets irate calls.. with that, you can already tell na ok na ok yung account. The screening for the position is really rigid BUT worth it! piling pili ang nakakapasa sa intuit so i consider myself lucky.

AR/TR, AhT at CE.

i have a different case.i went awol sa etel huhuhuhu..kahit nakakahiya sasabihin ko na din well, sa batch namin or rather sa wave namin, meron na nauna mag-awol aside from me natakot tumanggap ng calls which is totoo naman if you are a first timer.my case is that i wanted to get a rest from my shift so i decided to call my tl as usual hindi pumayag invalid reason.,the reason why i wanted to have some rest kasi pressured ako sa kanya whenever she's around lalo pag may calls ako, pinapakinggan nya to me okay yun sakin para malaman ko din what i did wrong diba.aminado naman sya okay ako mag-offer and mag-rebutt pero why daw i can't get the customer to purchase a plan tsr sprint po account ko kasi.so ako naman, mega isip bakit nga ba?nakakasale naman ako minsan 1 or 2 till 3 as a beginner po big accomplishment sakin yun.pero kasi minsan this tl is getting in my nerves na with matching sigaw pa on the background habang i am talking to a customer ha so nadidinig nun kausap ko yun tapos alam nya may call ako, tatawagin nya ako wow diba.so to make things short hindi nako nag-report for work the following shift.mega call sya sakin,i never answered.I went back sa province kasi i was renting a place sa manila.my tl sent me an rtwo letter/return to work order but i never complied.after that termination letter na kasi i never wanted to come back na i have decided na.after that meron pa isang ka-team ko sumunod at meron pa sumunod na isa pa after that reklamo nila iisa lang sakin ngayon medyo brutal kasi with matching balabag daw ng head set sa table..tapos yun ibang ka team ko na naiwan, hindi daw pinapatanggap ng calls kasi meron bagong hire at pinapaturuan ng said tl kaya pag may sale yun newly hired sa kanila yun hindi sa mga ka -team ko..upon hearing those nalaman ko talaga wise decision din ginawa ko kaso awol ako.ngayon i am planning to apply for local jobs pero hindi call center offices naman like what i have worked for 4 years before ako nag call center,my only dilemma is i'm afraid to re-new my nbi clearance baka may record ako dun at hindi marelease..ganun ba yun pag nag-awol ka?pero nakatanggap ako termination letter eh and i signed it .you think meron ako record nyan sa nbi?i went awol tapos ko na yun lpet and yun cst..

client interview is not as hard as you think - you just need to be keen on your comm skills as you talk with the client. usually the client will use speaker phone pag kinausap ka so listen very well. pero aside from that, everything should be alright. the account is all worth it.
etelecare's intuit account has a 23k package + 30% night diff offer.
not to mention fixed and off nila ng sat -sun. the account is not as complicated as compared to other tech accounts because it's just for an accounting software so wala halos irate callers. and since business days lang operations nila - most of the employees can still spend holidays (xmas, new year) with their loved ones. nice one, right? you get to enter this account automatically as a TSR-2 so applicants should have cc exp already (preferably). you can send your resumes here ron_marasigan@yahoo.com if some folks here are interested to join the team. good luck!

Brother it's not just one inconvenient day! Do you have kids? well in my case i have one 4yr old & a 6 months old baby boy...you think i will give up work because of one inconvenient day? hell no! but my predicament involves my children's safety. My application came first prior to my helpers leaving..ofcors had i known this would happen i definitely would have settled my thing at home 1st before persuing a job. Anyway Etel just put my application inactive since i havent technically started my training. Thanks people!

You still have work during Christmas and New Year. Christmas and New Year is a business day if it falls on a weekday, most businesses are open on Christmas and New Year. They really dont consider Christmas and New Year as non-working holidays. Good thing is that its super avail, Got 0 calls last Xmas 2006 and new year 2007. :D

Nintenboy,
matrix chat ka? xps? DI? OL? SMB?
i-clarify natin *** L2 post..
boys and gels,
Itaga nyo sa bato, hindi magha-hire ang etel ng Level 2 Technician sa labas. why whould etelecare hire someone for a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT role without any knowledge on the account?

Yun post sa jobstreet is for this yun 26k means 23k + 30% ND. Pinag pipilian ko sana to or yun Helpdesk sabi sa akin ng recruitment kung pwede dito muna ako incase hindi ako pumasa sa client saka na lang daw nila ako consider for Helpdesk. so another question hehe is kamusta naman helpdesk sa etel and ano ano mga scope ng helpdesk nila may helpdesk ba ng Etel dito to help me decide?

Nintenboy,
the answer is no. LOI doesnt equate to salary increase. why dont you look at it on a better perspective...after TSR 3 what's next? L2 post? TL Post? o dba? wag kasi tayo makuntento na agent lang tayo habang buhay. let's set our own goals and along with those goals, set your timeline as well. like, 3 years from now dapat L2 na ko, 5 years from now TL na ko. TSR level and salary increase may be an advantage for now but promotion to the next level or to a different post is a lifestyle change. :)

kapag hindi ba pumasa sa interview sasabihin nila kaagad sa 'yo or they'll put it in a more subtle way by giving you a letter or sasabihin nila na just wait for a call from them within this specified period of time, if no calls received then it means you didn't pass.. ganito ba dito??

Hi, it's good to read some pages in this thread. It gave different points of views regarding eTelecare.
I and my friends applied at Clark last week and passed the 'rigid' exams. We will be having our LPET at Shaw this Aug. 24. We're not yet sure of our positions since we also did take the IT Exams.
I'm also a newbie in this field and I do hope that I and my friends will make a good impression on our first day of LPET.
I know this is just a step towards a thousand mile journey in life.

Congratulations. :)
I did not undergo LPET, techpet agad ako but eto mga na-gather ko info, hehe, some of my co-trainees right now sinabihan before mag LPET din daw sila. Pero on the first day ng LPET, they were evaluated again by the language trainers and was told na they don't need it so they were assigned to a technical pre-employment. So basically, they did not have to go through LPET anymore after the evaluation nung first day.
Though after ng techpet, may ilang bumagsak, they were given a CSR post instead. But there was this person who took the LPET, then assigned on techpet, but failed the versant test, I don't know if she's hired. Alam ko hindi, not sure though. Versant na kasi yung bagsak nya.
But culture in etel is really good. Masaya talaga. Iba, I can't explain, hehe.

techpet, 1 week yun. this is for those who are willing to be a tech support rep, but needs basic training. basically, this is more of an assessment if you can be taught about computer/techie stuffs. wala pang job offer dito, allowance meron.
CST or client specific training, this is for 2 months. basically, you're already an etelecare employee na with salary and other perks ng pang.probationary employees. I think everyone will undergo CST kasi you have to be taught about the specifics ng account na ihahandle ng agent.
Yung sa mismong floor na, that's after CST :)

Hi guys, I'll be having my LPET this Monday. Anybody here for LPET as well? 10am-6pm is the schedule.
Uhm, Etel still can't decide and tell whether to put me in sales, csr, or tsr. Haha. CSR na lang sana, and hopefully I get the chance to choose.

Regarding Total Bullshi... este, Total Solutions, mark my words: If they raise the goal from 6% to 10% or higher many agents will leave etel or transfer to non-Dell accounts. It's so difficult to get promoted. Siguro 70% dumb luck, 30% skill lang.

^^^The immediate effects won't be felt until after full integration is realized by the end of this year. But operations people won't feel any immediate effects since there is little overlap in the clients that eTel and Stream currently has.
The truly major effect is that the new company will go by Stream instead of eTelecare. I would understand that the new company would choose Stream as its name internationally since it is the bigger company. But eTelecare is more well-known domestically and is acknowleged as one of the pioneers in the call center industry. I think it would've been wise to keep the eTel brand.

They won't. Why would they? The reason why this merger happened in the first place is that both companies wanted to grow. eTel wanted to grow globally and Stream wanted to have a bigger presence in the Philippines. How would the new company grow if they would lay off workers? As I mentioned in my post earlier, people from Ops have little to worry about kasi kaunti lang ang clients na nag-ooverlap between eTel and Stream. It's the higher ups (senior Managers, VP's etc) that will likely see redundancies that need to be eliminated.

Then what do they mean by the last sentence in the same clause:
"..The compensation structures are basically the same; however, there are some differences that will be addressed through the integration period."
That to me seems to be giving a glimmer of hope. Unless of course you're a god damned pessimist.

Well, I just hope na magkaroon nga ng increase ng sweldo lahat. Who wouldn't want to have a pay increase? But if you think about it, yung basic salary lang ba ang 'difference'? Malay mo it's night diff, or the transpo allowance, or yung quarterly PA. But really, at this point, all we can do is speculate. Let's all just wait and see.

I'm not sure if it will be totally shut down. From what I heard they're going to maintain at least 2 floors, I don't know which two. But it's sure that eTel will vacate the 31st, 29th, and 28th floors. Most of the programs will migrate to Shaw once the construction of phase 3 and phase 4 parts of the site is completed.

It's actually meant to rationalize the pay scale of eTelecare and Stream employees. Like, for the same position, mas mataas yung scale ng pay nung employees ng isang company, ira-rationalize (equalize) nila yun.
Hopefully it does go up, Etel's basic pay is pretty low compared to other call centers by around 1.5 to 2K a month...
Actually, in the latest survey conducted by an eminent management consulting firm, eTelecare compensation is one of the highest in the Philippine industry. But if one considers benefits (monetary and otherwise, such as leave credits, etc.) and company costs per employee, eTel is one of the highest.

Migrating to Shaw is a good option for etel as the cost there is lower compared here at Libis. The problem is some employees who prefers Libis. Some of they will most likely resign if that happens.

The UP Repertory Company Alumni Association and the UP Repertory Company presents its first joint offering for 2009: Hello Philippines!
Hello Philippines, a one act musical, is a humorous take on call center culture. Team leader Tiffany tells five agents from his team that one of them is going to get axed. The twist, however, is that he will leave that decision to the five agents. So now, it’s up to ex-tibak Anton, clueless rich girl Berni, the slutty Toni, the probinsyanong Brichi, and the overly religious Elsa to do whatever it takes to keep their jobs. Whatever it takes.
Hello Philippines is viciously funny and holds nothing sacred as it skewers the “call center lifestyle”, a life cycle born out of fast money and desperation, shifting body clocks, and too much coffee, beer, and cigarettes. It attempts to put into perspective all the sacrifices one makes to stay in such an environment, albeit in an entertaining manner.

Yes, this was confirmed by both Fred Ayala and GSM earlier at the GA in Shaw. There is no timeframe how long the name eTelecare will stay though. But it's not as soon as September as earlier reported.

From what I head, the move will be as early as Q4 for the support departments and Q1 for some programs.

Actually, legal proceedings are expected to be wrapped up by September. And, if you attended the GA, it was announced that eTelecare will retain its name in the Philippines for branding purposes because we are already well-known here. So we will still have the eTelecare brand but we will otherwise be known as Stream Global Services employees.
Meh thinks etel is going down the drain thats why everything is being decreased or changed and with the stream merger and all.
This is an example of a really narrow perspective. How can eTelecare be "going down the drain" when its revenues continue to increase? The company's 2008 revenues increased by 15% over 2007. We have new clients and a new site this year. Read the official statement -- this is part of a better business for all of us.
For years we have been striving hard to expand to different locations and in today's business model, a merger with an existing company that has these strengths makes more sense than making capital expenditures just to open up new sites. This was accomplished with the Stream-eTel merger.
Two companies consolidating makes more business sense to compete better and perform faster in the industry without having to create another business entity.
Mergers happen for many reasons but in Stream-eTelecare's case, this happened to increase revenue and market share, to increase our capacity to cross-sell (offer services in more than one site or continent), and for geographical diversification.
The Ayala Group of Companies and Provident have very deep pockets and the fact they continue to own 47% of the combined entity only means they have a lot of faith in our future. Otherwise, they wouldn't swap their shares -- they will simply sell them out.
Please try to look at this from a business sense. By ensuring a continued business, employees who perform are ensured of a job and a pay.

I did attend the GA yesterday and I personally heard Gilbert say that 'eventually we will go by one name.' That's why I said there was no timeframe how long we will retain the eTelecare name. Personally, I think it will take a couple of years more before the Stream brand name takes over. It doesn't make sense to let go of the eTel name which comes with a reputation as the pioneer and trailblazer in the local Call Center industry.

That will be nice from an employee perspective but from a business perspective, it will mean that the company will be hard put in keeping executive talent. You know the saying, "You get what you pay for"? If we cut the executives' pay (and I'm not even sure if these are excessive compared to what the Fortune 100 execs are getting), then they have the option of going to another company which can offer them a better package. Then we might have to settle with less-talented or less-capable executives at the helm and do we want to risk that?
Also, employees have better job security than these executives. They can get fired at will. Unlike employees, executives are not covered by the mandatory 30-day period that will help them find a job first before leaving the company. An executive can just get one phone call one morning and be asked to not report for work anymore. Period.
I am an ordinary employee myself and I feel bad to be called a "slave." A "slave" does not render just 8 hours of work, give or take a couple of hours of OT work, is not entitled to OT pay or night differential or holiday pay, is not entitled to P125,000 medical coverage a year, is not entitled to 1.5-2 days' leave credits a month, is not entitled to 13th month pay, is not entitled to life insurance, and does not have access to free drinks, a sleeping lounge, a clinic that offers 24x7 medical assistance or discounted flu vaccination. Compared to employees in other industries or in the government, I think I'm having it good. Don't you?

I think the eTel and Stream merger will be good for both companies. Stream brings many new customers from North America and Europe who would like to have work done out of the Philippines. eTel has the organization to expand quickly in the Philippines to serve the new customers.
This will result in many opportunities for career growth for eTel employees! Expect eTel to expand quickly in the Philippines in the next 2 years.

really now? and the irony is that, your designation is a technical support representative and not a sales agent. dell is etel's bread and butter so that could explain the submissive attitude the management is displaying towards dell. i hope the management would take the plight of the agents as well.

12k ang basic salary with 3k non-taxable allowance.
upon regularization YATA magiging 15k.
that's for the non-tech accounts.
for the tech accounts, 13,500+3k allowance.

Are you sure you really want to work at Teleperformance?
If people only know how to read their J.O., and be smart enough to check the complete package and not just staring at the basic pay.
I came from TP before and was a tech support for verizon. 15K basic pay mo + 3k na allowance daw pero in reality Attendance Bonus na bawal kahit isang late, absent, overbreak/lunch, o undertime. Bawas bawas lahat ng tax atbp ang take home mo is
Ang take home mo nyan nasa 7-8k.

You dont really get anything when you sell. Its either your team or programs RnR(Rewards and recognition) if you will get something.
In some teams, you get treats, snacks or goodies if you sell something.
In our account, the team with the highest close rate (sales divided by calls) gets a pizza. And the top 3 agents with the highest close rate or revenue gets a cash reward...

regarding comments about etelecare's language training, please bear in mind that as we have high standards language-wise, it's very important that one passes ALL the recommended language trainings. you'll get eaten alive in ops if you don't pass the training. besides, what's the fuss about complaining when the training that one undergoes is expensive outside. here, you get paid for attending training and all the benefit goes to you afterwards.
just my two cents'. i really want to defend the language team. and, oh, btw, you might have me there as your language trainer and/or LPET/LCT evaluator.

Hello! Nag-apply ako sa eTelecare Shaw Blvd. I passed all the exams and interviews and was given an application form. Pero sabi ng naginterview saken (yung last) she'll call me if ever ma-hire ako or if not, then she'll just send me and email. Unfortunately, I received an email saying that they'll just keep my records to find a suitable and closer job for me. I applied for TSR.

With the TSR L2 post, hindi naman kailangan microsoft certified. Its a plus siguro in the future if you want to transfer to another program. kasi *** TSR L2 post, quickbooks ang support, its an accounting software. kailangan lang ng networking skills and accounting skills. pero all can be learned naman sa training.

I applied kanina sa Etel,
the usual, exam, exam, exam...
napakaraming exam.. madugo.. walang pinagiba..
hanggang sa ma-interview ako finally ng mga 4:30pm...
nagwait ako until 6:30 for another online exam...
napakahabang exam..
after nun, wait daw ulit ako..
ayun, I passed!
Kaso, since im still connected with TT, di pa nila ko mabibigyan ng JO.

Hmmm...
Language Training yon, that's what they call sa etel..
pero kasi, during LPET, di ka pa naman employed by etel.
training palang, walang sweldo.. only allowance worth P200
na makukuha mo weekly..
but if they think you dont need to undergo LPET, they will
give you the job offer right away and start training for their product..

ah ganun ba un, kasi after yesterday I passed the whole exam and interview, and 2day job offer na me, so I dont need to go to LPET training is the correct friend?tnx
Hmmm...
Language Training yon, that's what they call sa etel..
pero kasi, during LPET, di ka pa naman employed by etel.
training palang, walang sweldo.. only allowance worth P200
na makukuha mo weekly..
but if they think you dont need to undergo LPET, they will
give you the job offer right away and start training for their product..

i don't think so na nag merge ***. sa tingin ko yun lang ang pinalabas nila pero the truth behind is malamang binenta and etel sa stream. y did i say this.... wala man lang iniwan na bakas ang etel sa merge (daw). and one thing, ang CEO ng etel nag resign after the merge. come to think of it. etel was sold!
i love how they handled the company though my flaws pero sobrang mahal nila ang mga empleyado..

Hi, to those who ask how much ang offer na binibigay nila sa akin that is 15k plus allowance of 2K, at that time they can give me above 20K na offer pero along edsa, sa taff or somewhere, malayo masyado sa akin yun.
They discuss the salary that they will be offering me after the interviews and exams, walang pang requirements kasi they know na maliit ang offer nila compared sa call center na pinasukan ko dati.

Hay daming merger merger kung ano ano.
I remember that time sa Clientlogic, naging Sitel, Pero si Dave Gardner di napalitan na CEO. So although mukhang binili ng Sitel and Clientlogic, mukhang it's the other way around.
Sobrang benta.
Anu na po update 'jan sa eTel...

Stream Global Services has acquired EGS Corp., the indirect parent company of eTelecare (News - Alert) Global Solutions in a stock-for-stock exchange in what may be the biggest business process outsourcing (BPO) teleservices industry deal since the ClientLogic/Sitel merger.
The combined firm, which will retain the Stream Global Services name, expects projected revenues approaching $1 billion for the year ending December 31, 2010. It will generate this from approximately 30,000 employees located at 50 contact centers in North America, Europe, the Philippines, Latin America, India, the Middle East and Africa.
The expanded Stream is a merger of complementary companies. The deal meshes a diversified Fortune 1000 customer base in the technology, retail, entertainment, media telecommunications and financial service sectors. It pulls together a very experienced executive team and a comprehensive BPO services portfolio. It also gives the ‘old’ Stream a stronger foothold in The Philippines, where eTelecare started out from, and which has become the key English-language alternative to India for high-touch offshore customer care programs.
The new firm will benefit from eTelecare’s growing home agent program that it had launched last year. Home agent offerings are rapidly becoming a popular option to domestic and offshore bricks-and-mortar-provided services thanks to increased flexibility, greater access to higher quality workers, environmental sustainability, and disaster (including pandemic) survivability.
As a result of this combination, Stream Global Services expects to:
* Make future investments in technologies, new service offerings for its clients, and new geographic locations such as China, Brazil, and Japan thanks to a strong balance sheet
* Broaden its services offerings to include a full portfolio of sales and revenue generation, warranty management, customer loyalty and brand management, customer care, technical support as well as customer life cycle management
* Expand and diversify its blue chip client base across multiple vertical markets
* Extend the company’s reach into new industry segments such as financial services, retail and consumer products. In addition, the combination will significantly expand our market share in the technology, telecommunications and broadband industries
* Leverage the combined company’s investment in technology to provide the highest level of business performance and enhance operating efficiencies in the business
* Create a strong platform for future growth in geographies, service offerings and market segments. The company will continue to be one of the premier providers of sales and revenue generation, customer care, technical support and warranty service offerings in the industry.
* Be led by a very experienced group of management executives with a proven track record of creating value for clients, employees and stockholders.
* Create significant new and exciting career advancement and opportunities for its employees globally
“This combination brings together two great businesses that are extremely complementary,” said Stream’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Scott Murray. “Since its inception, the vision for Stream Global Services has been to be a highly differentiated BPO provider that offers our clients services designed to promote and build their brands and customer loyalty, while maintaining an efficient cost model. This combination enables us to fulfill our vision by leveraging eTelecare’s strength in the Philippines, where it is a market leader and has approximately 10,000 employees and its depth in service offerings and client diversity.”
“This is a very exciting time in the evolution of eTelecare to be able to deliver a truly global service offering for our clients, “ says John Harris, president and CEO of eTelecare. “This combination fulfills our strategic vision of extending our delivery capability throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. The eTelecare team is extremely excited about joining Stream to create a leading global BPO company.”

Yes, I heard that newly hired agents only have 15% ND specified on their contract. I'm not sure if the PA is no longer part of the compensation package.
No, it's not effective for all employees, especially the 'legacy eTelecare' employees. If you remember when you were hired by the company, you signed a contract and the company (whether it merged with another company) is expected to follow it unless they offer a new one and the employee signs that new contract. I consulted a former batch mate from eTel who's now a lawyer about this.

I have a question for the new hires TSR0-1 tech. What is the basic pay + allowance or overall package?
For the TSR2 Intuit tech(Kelly_Parker), Your salary total is 26k so is that 19.5 basic pay, 3k allowance, what's the other 3.5k? Night diff?
Yes, I heard that newly hired agents only have 15% ND specified on their contract. I'm not sure if the PA is no longer part of the compensation package.
No, it's not effective for all employees, especially the 'legacy eTelecare' employees. From what im hearing there will be no more PA and they will increase the TSR level of the "legacy etelecare" employees. TSR 1 will be 2 and TSR 2 will be 3. Im hoping that they wont really decrease the night diff. The thing that bothers me most is how Stream works. If you look at their thread there are ALOT of negative complains and most of all it looks like they have ALOT of salary/payout issues. I dont want to experience the same salary sh!t i had with Teleperformance. And from what im hearing as well, we will use their tools. So My Prime will be gone and we will be using Stream's tools. One thing i liked about etel is that they are really strict in terms of salary discrepancies/issues. If stream's tools suck hard then we might have salary issues which i really dont want to happen.
