hello!

i need your feedback here. i need info regarding salary ranges for customer support for both technical and non- technical jobs, especially for those who work as tech support for IT firms. any input will be a big help. thanks!

based on position and industry, salary ranges from P7k to P15k

does that salary range just for local companies or does that include outsourced/ foreign companies?

local companies pay around 7.5 to 10k

foreign companies more than 10k

yup, that' right. the multi-nationals who are into the really in-demand industries can give a little higher than the normal rates.

Would you know also what are the salary ranges for supervisory positions in the customer service industry? Like Shift leaders, supervisors?

at least 18K .... multinational .... doing basic to advance datacom support ... :)

shift managers?25k ata with etel e. ccube pays nga pala 15t plus 20% night differential.my boyfriend works there. ill ask him about the shft managers

I depends on the client you are supporting as well as the language you will be using to support their products. It also depends on where you will be working. There are companies that have similar salaries across the board even if they support different clients. Some companies on the other hand, have different salary ranges depending on what client you support.

my co. is 30k as base salary for call center agent
you have to be multilingual
english + either mandarin, spanish, cantonese or vietnamese
knowledge of medical terms is a plus
kung english lang alam mo..mga 15k(and i dunno if need english only support now)
try apply at business trends..1603 jollibee plaza just submit your resume

sa sykes asia naman
13k for mulilingual.. (additional language +5k)

30k for korean national or citizen
50k for japanese

e-telecare
10k ata..you have opportunity to undergo training abroad
