Prices ALWAYS go up... And thanks to inflation, we can look forward to paying more and more for basic goods and commodities such as rice, beef, cooking oil, sugar and gasoline. How much will they all cost in 1 year? 3? 10??

Will we all have enough money to cope? And just how much, exactly, IS enough money?

I've made a new Excel spreadsheet that calculates Cost-of-Living, adjusted for inflation, over a 10 year period. :) I'm making it available to all PExers, free of charge, as a supplement to the Savings Calculator that I uploaded onto my "Anyone can be a millionaire in 10 years... Guaranteed!" thread. (For those who haven't yet read the thread, or downloaded the file, I encourage you to do so... here:

Please download the file on page TWO.. as it is version 1.1 of the spreadsheet, and has a more accurate formula for inflation. :)

I'm hoping that, with these two files, PExers will find it a bit easier to plan their financial futures, especially if they have, or about to start, families. Happy Budgeting! :)

Here's the file for the Cost-Calculator. :)

Once again, it's absolutely free. :D All I ask is that you acknowledge it came from me. ;)
