well if you're interested in sales it should be easy for you to get a job (and a good paying one at that!). have you tried putting your resume online at jobsdb.com or jobstreet.com? i see a lot of jobs that might be perfect for you.
btw, what's ie?

Hi sublime_79 :) customer service associates/representatives aren't really a dead-end-job. I think entry level would be a better way to describe your much dreaded position. We all have to start somewhere, believe me I started from scratch as in answering the phone, taking msgs....even making coffe yuk!
Employers/Managers are always on the look-out for hardworking people. I'm sure your very much qualified if not over qualified but just work hard and don't be scared to start at the bottom is all the advice I can give you.
I work for a cosmetics company based in ortigas. I know you wanted to work in Makati but if you like you can send me your resume, I think we have a couple of entry-level positions available. I can pass your resume to our HRD, I have lots of friends there.
