Can you back it up with numbers or must we believe your generalized, stereotyped rhetoric?
And why single out the Ayala group? What about all the other big local corporations?

Is this flamebait or a valid accusation? Well, whichever it is, KuyaDanny will decide in the Business forum, where it's more appropriate.

regardless of the shape and size of their business structure, how sophisticated its abilities, anybody would struggle unless accountable people implement and sustain your structure, systems, and strategies. sure they hire the best of the best, who wouldnt? low profits are generally caused by lack of management. under compensated? doubt it. did you know that the first tenants of aav all worked for ayala corp.?
you cant fault capitalists from making more and more money. we are now living in a world where money move with just a click of a button, where capital is transferred within minutes. and the more sophistacated you get, the more you advance.

Dickydogg, I think we're all waiting for concrete proof of what you say. You DO realize that you may be sued for libel under Philippine law unless you prove what you say, right? And that the law will accept your posts as evidence, and will have the right to ask PEx to identify you for purposes of arrest?
I'm not kidding. You'd either better prove what you just said, or admit that you're conducting a smear campaign and will take it all back. This is serious stuff you're getting yourself into.

The compensation one gets for working in one of the Ayala companies is near the top (if not at the top) for Filipino owned comapnies and is very competitive with what multinational companies pay. If you have any evidence to the contrary, you are welcome to post it here.

Whatever amount the Ayalas paid for new graduates are not important to the graduates. Nowadays, when it is difficult to get employment withouyt experience, at least the Ayalas are giving a start-up chance to these green and new employees. If the pay is so bas, they are welcomed to take it or leave it! I am sure there are hundreds of others willing to take their place.
Besides, the Ayalas, have to consider employee turn-over. During the first six months or first year, the new employee is not expected to contribute much. Most of their time are spent on orientation and training and familiarization with the different aspects of the business, or acting as aides to more tenured senior employees.
It costs a lot to train new employees. And those who stayed are properly awarded with bigger pay.
I think people should be grateful that there are big companies like the Ayala that is forging ahead in contributing to the economic prosperity of the Philippines.
