Being part of the dynamic world of the Web
Finding an outlet for my creativity
Being with people who love the same things that I do
Being in a company where all of us are young and very snack-happy
Having Internet access 24/7 (although the connection is really lousy sometimes)
I just luvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv my job! :teehee:

hmm... best part of my job? free iced tea, orange juice, coffee (w/lots of choices)... hehe! pero honestly, the best part is that i've landed in the job i wanted to be hooked into...
- i can't even count the "Thank You's" i'm receiving everyday
- learning comes out naturally
- i've developed to absorb the motto "Patience is a virtue"

the people i work with
the salary- very well compensated
the work- very easy
the boss- very good to employees
the big bosses- concerned about the welfare of all employees. they give 2 salary increases a year! who can beat that?
the lakwatsa we do at work- many hours of downtime
the benefits
...and a lot more!

Well compensated.
Working with great people (in general ha!)
My supervisors definitely know how to boost our morale.
Meron Counter-Strike area open 24/7 pag off-shift.
Meron company party at least once every quarter.
Libre coffee, juice, at sometimes food.
Mabilis internet connection (as in leased line na meron pang back-up na T1 and T2).
Tsaka dami rin chicks.
:) :) :)

there are lot's of things i like in working here sa company namin, pero ang pinakagusto talaga sa trabaho eh 'yong mahanapan ko ng defect 'yong mga samples na nasa-submit ng mga customers ko ..... ang sarap ng feeling na makapag-contribute sa problem solving ng grupo ....:D :D

I agree with you! Yon nga lang, our Internet access is intermittent, and it slows down when so many people are accessing at the same time. Better actually siya than before. Before kasi, we had to wait five minutes for a page to load... Now, thankfully enough, less than a minute naman. Maybe less than 30 seconds pa nga eh. Whew! After two years, that's a big relief!
:D

i'm a freelance writer and what's best about being one is that i get to do my work according to the sked that suits my habits/situation. i also meet a lot of people from different sectors (because i write for different publications and companies) and learn a lot of things doing research on different topics.
as for the pay ... it's rewarding if you work hard hehehe :) i love the cycle -- assignments-work-pay. i get more than what i used to get as an employee.

first, our flexi-time. i don't have to worry about being late kasi we can come in as late as 11am. we have to offset it nga lang, pero on ordinary days na hindi masyadong busy, kahit maaga pa we can go home na.
the management style. kanya-kanyang diskarte, no pressures from the bosses, you set your own deadlines.
internet access buong araw. bread and butter kasi namin ang internet, our company being an online mall. plug: yung mga OFWs dyan, buy your pasalubongs on our site. :)
sobrang bait na boss.
cute na officemate.
