I've tried Creatine and the thing does work! How about you guys/girls? What's the best supplement you've tried? I've been trying some other supplements pa like: Creatine with Tribulus terrestis and Dhea...whatever is there on the market na designed for getting more lean muscles and cuts and all...:)

the best supplement is still good clean food. however, creatine works wel in terms of putting on mass, so does whey protein. dhea and the like are potentially dangerous since they can turn into estrogen. here are the best supplements to buy

talaga? I thought androstenedione lang yung may possibility to turn into estrogen. Kasi the creatine I use right now is not pure...may DHEA and tribulus terrestis pang kasama. DHEA and TRIbulus terrestis taken with Andro is pure cuts and mass in just a short time..pero I think very much like steroid na talaga ang dating nun...kakatakot:)

lesson learned. before buying any supplement, read about it well because you just don't want to put just anything into your system.
DHEA and andro are prohormones. when taken into the body, they can turn into either testosterone or estrogen. when we have more estrogen in the body we can end up having gynecomastia (***** **** as they are better known). When buying creatine, it is best that you buy pure creatine since impurities might cause you some problems in the near future

Nag start ako mag workout last week lang. My gym instructor advised me to take supplement. Actually, he gave me 2 sachets of GR-8, ito tinitake niya for almost 10 years na.

May nag advice naman sa akin na i should take AMINO...

What is the best supplement? Yung affordable but effective.

ako i take 4 capsule of creatine mix with 1 scoop of mega mass 400 sa 1 glass of water. ok naman sakin.

first, off, gr8 has ben around for only 2 years so bolero instructor mo. second, if you wanna learn more about supplementation, go to the diet and supplements thread. HOnestly, many people who go to the gym worry about supplementation rather than eating right and training right. no amount of supplements will make you reach your goal if you don't eat right and train right

i take MuscleTech's Cell-Tech (creatine). pero hindi to advisable sa mga diabetic. i take creatine supplements kasi intense training ang habol ko. i don't think i'll be needing protein supplements ksi mino-monitor ko **** protein intake ko everyday. i weigh 145lbs and i take 200g of protein everyday (workout and non-workout days). im planning to buy DiMaxx Creatine (liquid serum) ksi it's the best form of creatine there is. thing is, ala dito sa pinas.

creatine is creatine so the serum is actually over rated. Powder from works as well or maybe even better than the serum

Ditto with Blake. Creatine should be in powder and not liquid or serum or capsule form. There's so much hype in the marketing of supplements. Think rationally, people!
