also is it true na liliit daw yung **** pag nag weigyhts???

Red Bull and Lipovitan are okay, they're basically just mineral drinks with caffeine and sugar. It's okay to drink 2 of them if you want, although if you get jumpy with a cup of coffee, you may want to limit intake of these types of drinks.

Snapple is just flavored iced tea. Gatorade is a sports drink that contains sodium, glucose, carbohydrates, and minerals, and it efficiently replaces the fluids and electrolytes that are lost in sweating (or even diarrhea) as well as provide energy much better than plain water can.

I don't usually advice taking protein drinks like Megamass or whatever they're called. In extreme cases, they may cause kidney problems due to protein overload. Most of them don't really have sufficient research to back up their safety. Just eat a balanced diet, or just take extra servings of dietary protein if you want.

doc Ira, i just got my thread "panlaban sa puyat" closed. thanks, anyway, for the thread links you've provided. however, i think i didnt have my questions answered. most of those threads are about sleeping disorders. what im looking for are medicine drugs (like energy drinks) that will help in building body resistance especially when "nagpupuyat." some suggested taking vitamin c, others, iron.

You're welcome, isle of view.

Marius: There is no medication which will build up body resistance when your body already needs rest. If there was, then we wouldn't need doctors in this world. You can take multivitamins, but that will only work to a limited extent at best.
