Gusto ko lang malaman kung ano ang
breakfast, lunch & dinner nyo? Gusto ko kasing magpaganda ng katawan eh... and i know diet plays a major role.

Hi Pitchshifter, it's you again. :)

It's best to consult a nutritionist for this (gyms usually have a resident nutritionist). What works for me might not work for you kasi. The recommended diet will also depend on your body type. If you really want the best diet, get a consultation. *okay*

mas malaki pa yung katawan ko sa mga instructor (hehe)

well, as for my diet... kain lang ng kain
pero more on chicken, fish, fruits & veggies
and i eat 3 egg whites each morning (protein daw yun eh)

d bale, balang araw kasing laki ng katawin ko din yung 98 degrees... (corny, 98 degrees)

My diet includes tuna (in brine) with wheat bread, milk, steamed broccoli, and lots of water. Believe me, it works... however, you must combine this diet with daily visits to the gym for quicker & better results.

my nutritionist gave me this diet consisting of all food groups naman pero iba iba yung amount of serving. like for rice i get to have 6 servings (1serving=1/2rice) in one day. pero they said na try to eat a balanced diet more on fruits and veggies tapos super less on sweets and fats tapos sama mo pa yan ng 3 times a week workout, mas fast yung results ;)
