Exercise advice:
I've been working out in this gym and everyone is pressuring me to move on to the heavier weights. @#$&*%&^#@ Getting a big, bulky body is not my goal. I want a toned body not a Rambo type physique!!!
BUT these "well meaning"gym buddies keep giving me unsolicited advice. T@ng!n@! ang kulit!!! SH!T! Lift heavier weights, do more FRIGGIN REPS!
All I want is to lift weights in peace. What do you think? should I be lifting heavier eweights after just a month of work outs or should I do more reps while mainitaining the weight?
how do I determine if I should move on to the heavier weights? Advise naman on a good program.
I've heeded to stupid advice before and I have a bum knee becuase of that stupidity.
HELP! I dont want no FRIGGIN INJURY!!!!! :flamer: :bigcry:
