yeah my problem is i have this sort of a big stomach around 28inchs. im doing crunches kaya lang minsan nakakatamad, is lipo. safe?? how about other methods??

girl, there is no "easy" or overnight method to "flatten" your stomach aside from lipo siguro (but gosh, i don't think it is necessary since you only have size 28 waist line). all you need to do is discipline and focus. start exercisin' like running or walking and going to the gym. your gym instructor will tell you what to do to flatten your belly but this is not an overnight process. you must continue this until you meet your "desired" belly. also,you must watch out everything that goes into your mouth, i mean the food that you will eat. i think, a good gym instructor will tell you that (i guess, meron silang nutritionist inside a gym).

so goodluck iha. you only have size 28, don't despair! weight (or inches) sometimes doesn't matter as long as you are fit and healthy.

Nothing beats cardio exercises when flattening the stomach. Running in a park or on a threadmill will do. REGULAR (I repeat, REGULAR) crunches will also hasten your chances of achieving your desired result. Goodluck. =)

do crunches and side twists every other day. Working your muscles every day will just defeat the purpose. Give your muscles at least a day to rest so they will be "challenged" again the day after, therefore building them.

The idea is for it to be "EASY" now. I also wouldnt mind losing a few inches in my tummy, but im too lazy.
