help! how to register a business name

just wanna know how to register a businessname.. where and how could i possibly check if my businessname is still available for registration?

For the Business name - just go to the DTI and fill out a registration, you shall be asked to place the different names you want to "try" and just follow-up if they have approved it already.

If you want to Incorporate your company, you have to have SEC registration.
