MarlaSinger - She bought two books from me, and she was really nice about it-- she even texted afterwards to give me positive feedback about the books!

Michelle - I don't recall her PEx nickname, but she's a soon-to-be-lawyer, and really nice and easy to deal with. She bought about 7 things from me, and she didn't even try any of it on. She said she was planning to give some to her sister and her Mom.

Chickita Bonita - Very friendly and ma-kuwento, shows up during agreed-upon meeting times. Calls or texts to follow up or give updates. Helpful too! I'm giving some stuff to her on consignment, and she'll be selling them at the Damr bazaar and the Bantay Bata bazaar at the World Trade Center.

Loveless Faerie - She bought two bags, underwear, and cute tank tops for her inaanak. This girl has over 10 inaanaks to shop for! Very friendly, very nice.

Leigh / Leah - She brought two officemates with her, and they bought four items in all. They were all very friendly and very good buyers. Leigh even referred another officemate to me.

It's time for me to reply. I think I find the people from the PeX office very nice and good buyers - Caramba, Leigh, Ada, etc. Meeting up with them is not a problem since we are working at the same building. :) They know how ask for discount and accept if I tell them that I cannot go lower than a certain price. :)

nagpost kc ako ng thread ** na gustong makipagswap ng RAM yung friend ko. eh ngayon may nagreply naman, we agreed to meet at this day at that place. then on the day we are supposed to meet on the agreed place (robinsons galleria), he suddenly backed out and instead he wants us to meet him at pantranco (which i assume is nearer to his place). Of course me and my friend feel bad about that. He even assured us that he's coming.

I heartily recommend that people avoid doing business with glitter. She was supposed to purchase my Morrowind and we were supposed to meet up at 1:30PM at Starbucks Pearl Drive. I text her a lot of times earlier to remind her about it. As soon as I get there, I call her and she rejects my phonecall. She then texts me saying:

i'm not buying it na!

You could've had the decency to text me beforehand that you weren't going to buy it considering you actually wanted it delivered to your place.

So, what's the latin phrase for "let the seller beware?"

have to get this out of my system so please bear with me...

beware of the PExer "makaila"...last september 23, she ordered 7 sets of ring 1 & 2 vcds through SMS...i confirmed it with her and sabi nya kukunin daw nya so o.k. na...then when we were about to meet last Friday at RCBC Plaza, she texted me na di na raw nya kukunin and I was already outside of the said building...so ang ginawa ko, I texted her for numerous times and no reply...she said before that she'll be having lunch out of the office so pinilit kong dumating before 12...

i waited there from 11:30 to 2:00 PM (how desperate I was because were talking of a total of 28 discs here!), texted her, called her (her phone was "unattended"/"out of the coverage area" which I assume she turned off) but to no avail...

so i just went to Megamall to meet up with teamoon...

she replied in the afternoon so i tried to call her but still to no avail (pero nagri-ring naman yung phone, walang sumasagot!!!)...after much texting on what went wrong (miscommunication mostly) i apologized but she still would not want to buy the VCDs...WHAT??!!!

she said that her friends lost their trust in me because of the "miscommunication" we experienced in the said transaction...how very inconsiderate for a buyer!!!

A certain MARINETTE MARQUEZ of e-telecare (forgot her nickname) claimed she saw my ad here in PEX. She ordered processors, gave her contact numbers and her address for delivery as well. After closing the deal, she even consistently called to follow up & reconfirm her orders.

Come the scheduled drop, just a few minutes before the agreed time, she texts to say she changed her mind coz her mom wants to buy the units somewhere else. Naturally, i was upset because the package was almost there. I kept on trying to reach her but got no reply... and of course, my calls were rejected.

I'm aware that bad business transactions may take place but that still doesn't make it easier to deal with. I hope buyers would be more responsible before closing deals and a lot more considerate when it comes to changing their minds.

Had she (MARINETTE MARQUEZ) cancelled her order a day before, or at least a few hours before the delivery, it would've saved me not just the money but the time and effort as well.

Good thing that so far, out of all my transactions here in PEX, she's the only one like this. The rest know enough about responsible trading. :)

I had a bad experience with an international buyer. I specify that the payment should be made in dollars.

Anyway, we didn't receive the payment on time so she made a complaint which was understandable on her part. Now, we told her that she could check if we got the money already since she has a reference no. wherein she would know if the transaction has been completed or not. Obviously, it wasn't.

Now, she was telling us that she hoped she wasn't scammed. We told our boss about it and she felt obliged to just send the goods even with us getting the money yet. It is very obvious that we are not scamming her, because like I said, we have not received the money yet.

So we sent her goods via DHL. And two days after, she cancelled her payment. ANd to think she was the one complaining about scammers.
