Children, Peace & Hope", a Christmas concert dedicated to children by the ABS-CBN Foundation, will be held at the Meralco Theater on December 9, Sunday, at 7:00 p.m. The musical special features maestro Ryan Cayabyab conducting a 40-piece orchestra to accompany an all-star cast of ABS-CBN talents and the country's top performers. A special dinner featuring the Spirit of '67 will follow after the concert at the Meraclo Lobby.
Enjoy a night of fine music for a cause as the proceeds of the concert will be for the benefit of Bantay Bata 163 and all its projects. Initially set up in 1997 as a 24-hour Hotline Center, Bantay Bata 163 has since developed into a comprehensive program for the rescue and rehabilitation of victims as well as for public education on, and prevention of all forms of child abuse. Currently under construction is the Bantay Bata 163 Children's Village which will be the future home of over a hundred Bantay Bata kids.
