company always look for a job experiences.....pano naman kaya kaming mga fresh grad. magkakajob experience kung di nyo kami ihihire? :mad: mahirap para sa amin yun........

That is why some professors requires their student to took som eOJT or On-the-Job-Training. But be sure that your OJT is realted to what you are studying.
Ako noon, may na-aplayan akong company na ginawa lang akong filing cleck. 3 days lang, nag-resign ako. :)

If you're not that choosy, I'm sure you'll be able to get a not-so-bad job for a fresh grad. There are a lot of companies who doesn't mind hiring newly grads, although having a work experience is a real plus.

Prepare a good recommendation from someone who knows your aptitude well to back you up.
