He starred with Rickman and Emma Thompson in the film "The Winter's Guest" and Alan was so impressed he organized a London agent for him. Sean, who starts filming the second Harry Potter movie shortly, admits he was nervous when he met the rest of the illustrious cast. He said: "I really liked Robbie Coltrane and I was really excited by the fact I was in the same film as John Cleese, who plays Nearly-Headless Nick - he's one of my heroes. But once you are working with them and get to know them as people, they are just one of the faces."

For Sean Biggerstaff the film could be the first stage towards following in the footsteps of Ewan McGregor. Looking forward to attending the event, he reveals: "It's really exciting because I didn't know until quite recently that there was going to be a Scottish premiere. In fact I read about it in the papers before I was invited along."

Like everyone else who'll be the premiere, he can't wait to see the special effects, which will have his character flying through the air on a broomstick.
