Hi peeps,

I 'm trying to look for a new job, cause I don't like the benefit package in our company, There's a lot of job in the internet for IT person, and I can apply and transafer whenever I want, but the problem is, I have no idea on the companies, whats their benefit package? Salary range? Kind of job? Environment?

Maybe you can post here some info on your IT company, the benefits, salary range, work type, development strategies. If you don't like to post your current company maybe you can post your previous companies.

I'll start, I used to work at Computer Professional Inc. (CPI), minimum basic pay, plus 1 to 2k allowance, 13th month and half month on mid year, and the usual medial, sss, philhealth and pagibig benefits, basic sl and vl. It is only good for fresh graduate, and if your not looking for a high salary.

The next one is Information Professionals, Inc.(IPI), mostly contractual basis, no benefits, no sl/vl, no 13th month, just salary, mostly in per hour basis, no work no pay, no pay on holiday, mostly the contract is 3 to 6 months, but you can dictate your salary, salary range is around 18k for freshman to 50k, it can get higher than that, it is good if its ok for you to be a bodyshop or you want a pure bulky salary.

How about you pexers? have any info to share? btw, those company i mention above is always hiring.
