Post naman kayo kung paano ninyo na overcome ang mga job related problems tulad ng problem with your boss, sa nature ng job ninyo, mga palakasan, at saka ang mga promotions na dapay ay sa iyo kaso hindi napunta sa iyo.....Let`s learn from you people....:)

face it! there's no "PERFECT" company! There will always be something about our job whether its the boss, colleagues , pay , working conditions , etc that we would not be satisfied about.. instead of focusing your energies and time on what's NOT there... concentrate on what you have.. the good things i mean :cheese:

or focus on developing yourself: your skills , knowledge .. cause if you know more , you can contribute more, if you contribute more to the company, you will be more valuable to the bosses and you wil also be more marketable outside.. u knda get the best of both worlds..

Thanks Elle_Woods, you are right......But what if you know that you`ve given too much for the company but all of the efforts and outcome were taken for granted????Ouch...That surely hurts!!!:o

ako ***** frustrations ko is being bypassed by somebody
na mas may expereince ka sa system,...
then they get someone else from other team top be your lead..
diba frustrating and nakaka demoralize yun?
also mag 2 years na sa work and feeling parang mabubulok ka nalang sa project mo :((

ako naman, pinag-iinitan ako ng supervisor ko kasi akala nya threat ako sa kanya... weird... pero ok lang, maintain lang ang cool ko, pero nung resigned na ako, sinigawan ko sya sa harap ng mga officemate ko.. pero nagsisisi ako sa ginawa ko... well, from the start naman hindi na maganda ang working relationship namin...
