sa emerson ksi basi start nila sa CSR is 13k.. TSR dont have idea. pero malaki offer nila sa mga licensed engineer at nag papadala sila ng tao sa US.or ibang bansa.. sa ngyon financial crisis ngyon ang emerson un ibang division nila eh nag babawas ng empleyado.. although nag hihire sila ng konti *** tao.. mabagal process ng application sa emerson...

The thing with Sykes is that it offers a lower basic pay but the allowances are non taxable, winner p0a dun if you live in a far off place so your hazard pay is high Php255 a day.

the ceiling for the (Red circle) for an agent (Sr CSRs, Level 2 or tier 2 agents) is Php25000 and I think Php27K for financial accounts, after that, wala ng increase if you remain as an agent so you have to be promoted.

Sykes is a good company. I'm proud to have been part of this company for 4.5 years. I so miss the English team of Manila One *okay* and my friends.

well...not exactly SURE regarding this account. pero maraming hirings for this account. unfortunately, if you ask me personally, hindi ko gusto *** account na to.

meron kasi akong friend na tenured na sa expedia, kaso lang, recession na ngayon, so, hindi nagke-keep ng tenured agents mga management. para tipid. dahil kung tenured ka, meron kang appraisal. while pag bago ka, hindi ka aapila sa suweldo mo. unfortunate for my friend inalis siya sa work dahil tenured siya...

I applied at Sykes Gilmore for a CSR position, nirefer lang kasi ako ng friend ko kasi matumal daw mag hiring sa kanila sa Gilmore. I passed the initial interview tapos tinawagan ako for the examination in OSMA building. I passed the examination kaya lang napansin ko lahat ng mga kasabay ko ay dati na dun mga na endo lang. Sabi ng friend ko, 6 lang daw ang kukunin pero 12 ata kaming nakapasa. I received an interview from sykes. She asked me questions why I want to apply for a csr position, I said "i want to apply for a csr position because that's serves as a foundation for me to gain experience and have chances for higher position wherein an Industrial Engr can apply and share her knowldege."
How daw can I explain my course graduated to call center position?
I said, being an Indstl Engr, I believe I can share my knowledge in improving service quality and its delivery as an IE graduate in an industry.
Sbi nung interviewer,"But we are not an industry."
I said' but you are a BPO industry,business process outsourcing industry.
So question, hindi ba industry ang mga call center?
Or maybe pagod na *** interviewer kaya nhihilo na?:)
