sure, its just near the hi top supermarket,actually kita mo na sya from the mrt quezon ave station, un *** ginagawang builiding na 10floors lang. un lang naman ang makkita mong building na ginagawa along quezon ave near mcdo edsa. walking distance lang sya from mcdo quezon ave. malapit sya dun sa dating showroon ng mercedes benz along quezon ave. bsta *** hi top ang mismong landmark..

maybe it happens w/ other companies just like in your case,but with me, it never occurred that I took the med exam first then contract...I've always signed the latter first then med exam..why don't you try and check your status w/ them?

i have a class pending on my pre-employment medical exam & my doctor said that i have to wait for 2 weeks (i am undergoing medication) before he can issue a fit to work clearance. And the Sykes HR told me that they will wait for my fit to work clearance before the job offer. Here's the question: will the HR will really wait for my clearance up to two weeks or even a month & still be qualified for a job offer? Or anyone here also experience the same situation & still get the job........

depende sa account. pero to give you an idea, the usual basic salary for TSR is P12T, then pag TSP naman (tech.support professional) around P15T. Pag Tech Support Engineer, approximately P18-20T.

night diff is only 10%.

allowance: meal allowance which is around P700 and hazard pay depende sa layo ng house mo sa sykes. (range is P125-275 ata)

sa amenities: wala akong alam eh :) ask mo na lang yung legitimate na sykes peeps hehehe...

tama ba ako sa opinion ko na kapag hindi ako happy sa basic salary offer ay hindi ko na dapat i-accept yung job offer?

kasi although na may hazard pay ay hindi naman guaranteed yun di ba? kasi once na maging morning shift ka ay mawawala na rin iyon. and besides, hazard pay is given kasi para mag pang-sakay ka ng cab/taki during wee hours.

and then sasabihin syo na after regularization ay you can receive around 20% increase. pero based on experience, this is not that true. average increase lang na binibigay nila ay 10% right?

basic salary is the guarranteed payment na marereceive natin kaya dapat sa basi pa lang ay happy ka na right? para kahit minimal lang ang increase natin after 6 months ay okay lang kasi happy ka na dun sa basic pa lang.

QC lang po... mabilis lang magenroll yung training coordinator ko kasi mismong boss ko sya (training and quality sup kasi boss ko_ at kada may pinapadalang sked sa kanya ang training central nagrereserve na agad sya ng names naming mga QC tapos pag walang avail na TL na kukuha ng slot e hindi na nya papaltan yung name namin... well, lumang sentimiento na ng training central ang issue mo... dumadami ang managers pero ang training officers same pa rin as of 19kopong kopong...

@merryjazz... regularization applies to new hires (after 6 months of employment).. confirmation ang tawag if ever you get promoted (and been to that position for at least/commonly 6 months) and you have attended all the required trainings for that post... about the increase... 20% is the maximum pero i would say that the minimum is 10%... depende na yung increase account mo... well, sa account namin 17% yung average... about sa hazard pay... kung US client ka, sureball na yung hazard pay since yung shift nyo mag-end/start naman within 10pm-6am... saka... don't look at the base pay... to tell you the truth, sykes has the best benefits... malaki pa ang take home pay mo kesa sa ibang companies na mas malaki pa ang base pay lalo na kung nagOT ka madalas... anong position ka ba at account if ever?

yes, super ganda benefits sa sykes kaya nga gusto ni hubby dito pero you know, for us, basic salary is as important as benefits kasi ito yung gagamitin mo for your daily living.

and ano pa ba pwede madadagdag sa basic salary dito sa sykes? meal allowance lang saka hazard pay di ba? eh yung hazard pay pang taxi lang. yung meal around P700.

then yung P1000 bonus upon confirmation pa daw.

so basically kung 15+++ ang basic, + 700 meal = P16+++ lang.

anyway, sana medyo malaki yung iooffer kay hubby ... talaga bang pwedeng inegotiate ang salary dyan sa sykes? during job offer ba ay pwede yun? kasi hindi ba printed na yung job offer?

i'm from at&t... bihira (almost none) naman kaming maglagay ng tao sa shift na walang hazard pay... i assume na sa kpointe sya based if ever... san ba kayo nakatira? the farther you are, mas malaki yung hazard pay... additional 4K din yun kada buwan...

syempre printed ang job offer... at hindi pwedeng magnegotiate sa salary... kung ano ang job grade na papasukan nya (well, most TSP sa at&t, bihira ang TSR) yun na yun...

KUlang pa ng facilities, ndi pa naaayos ang breakroom. wala pa elevator. ang pantry chowking *** nagseserve...at ang higpit ng mga manong at manang guards, log ka sa tatlong logbook (bat kaya klangan tatlo?)..at bawal magpasok ng bag sa loob~! kada labas/pasok mo ng building in between breaks, may security check... amf!

hmmmmm...malaking issues tlaga yang mga ganyan depende sa account. ganyan ang case ko....nag-apply ako internally ** for a position that i want. nakaabot na ng 4th interview then parang *** na. Sabi ng iba, bka daw binlock ng account since yung ibang kilala nla ganun din ang situation...btw, i applied there @ sykes into a position not involved in taking calls but they offered me otherwise. It was TSR instaed. They promised me once I get regularized bearing good stats, i may apply to other pos internally once there was an opening.

Yan ang reason kung bakit dami resign sa sykes....hinaharang ang carreer move ng mga agents depende sa account.

I left Sykes for high pay but it seems di rin maganda... na miss ko Sykes noon... tpos i applied ulet kaya lang nilalagay nila ulet ako sa same account... heeee.. sawa na ako doon ,besides toxic doon ( pero malaki commission if u hit the metrics).
