what is the minimum wage nowadays? And how do you compute YOUR daily wage when you're given your monthly basic salary? do you divide it by the number of days in a month or by 20 days only? when computing, do you include the other benefits as well?

To get your daily wage multiply your monthly salary by 12 then divide it by your total number of working days in a year plus all the legal holidays. If you work Saturdays, the formula would be (Monthly Salary * 12) / 313. If you don't work on Saturdays you divide it by 261. If it's half-day on Saturdays, divide by 287.

The current minimum wage in Manila is P280 per day (P250 basic + P30 ECOLA). I don't know what it is in Moscow. ;)
