Is the pay okay? How about the workload? The general workplace environment? Benefits?

over-all, it's very good. pays better than more of the private firms plus you get some benefits. i've heard there's more in the pipeline.

the screening is very competitive and the most stringent i've ever seen. it's even harder than MNC's.

work is like all other organizations pretty normal. sometimes demanding, sometimes you're left twiddling your thumb. but it's not for the weak of heart because people there tend to have strong personalities.

over-all, it's fun!
