Hey Guys, what are your opinions regarding the ongoing trial in the Judicial Council about Comelec?

I heard that they might declare a Failure of Elections.

I think someone should pay attention to the fact that Don Lim, one of the candidates for IVP who lost by 200+ votes, is STILL a member of the Judicial Council. Incidentally, it is the JC who will be putting COMELEC on trial.

iodine clock, Don Lim of course, will not be part of the JC during this hearing.
He's inhibited. I think that's pretty clear and logical from the beginning.

The strongest case against the Comelec is the roving voting centers during night time looking for students(with or without IDs)
in order to reach the quota. I think that's motion 4-5.

oooh... that's gonna be tough... if they declare a failure of elections, we're gonna have a re-election again, it'd be minus the seniors who are supposedly part of the voting population for the top 5 positions... next year's batch of Sanggu officers will have a hard time working then coz i think the summer planning is important in lining up the year's blueprints of the council...

by the way, i remember last year when the comelec went around doing the room to room rounds, we weren't asked for our id's then... :shrug2:
