may i ask if there is a law that prohibits sexual intercourse between a person of legal age and a minor, assuming that there is no threat or deceit involved in the act.

I believe that is STATUTORY RAPE and it is a crime.

i yield to Lupu's comment on the issue. besides you can't cite consentual sex when we speak of minors, it's plain elementary and logical to think of right?

Art. 266-A tells you that your usual idea of rape occurs when a man has carnal knowledge of a woman and:
1) There is force, threat or intimidation, OR
2) Victim is deprived of reason or otherwise unconscious, OR
3) There is fraudulent machination or grave abuse of authority, OR
4) The victim is below 12 or demented
You also have another form of rape when you have any of the above, but the sexual assault is performed:
1) By inserting the penis into the victim's mouth or anus, OR
2) By inserting any object into the victim's genital opening or anus
So "statutory rape" here only involves victims below TWELVE.
When you have a victim below 18 but not below 12, and the victim consents, there's no rape.
If, however, the victim consents, but there is abuse of confidence or authority, or deceit involved, you have another line of crimes called seduction. It's not statutory rape, though.
