I applied in Ambergris @ Market!Market! and scheduled for interview next week with the IT manager..just please help me to clarify me on some issue... based on the threads here it seems that there's no OT pay ata??? is this apply also to technical people like net.admin, sys.admin, tech.support???if I have previous experienced then I applied on one of the positions above, would I still undergo training or probationary period? I'm just worried that in any case I resigned from my present company and get lucky to be accepted to sign a contract in Ambergris I might get difficulty to get regular?Unless my superior is good enough to look on my performance... Is it hard to become regular in Ambergris? How about in terms of salary increase? Yearly ba? Pahirapan ba salary increase??? And how about the promotion??

no OT pay?? <-- ambergris can be sued for this. :glee: As far as I know our I.T dept has their own working scheds... everything will be explained in your orientation and contract signing. ;)

probi yes... training would be within the department (IT) (definitely you'll be appraised after 6mos and you'll be regularized... it will be base on your performance)

salary increase... hmm twice a year i think. promotion is fast especially in the I.T dept. As long as the company is growing.. (yes it is growing)

Kung sa former... It's up to you kung magugustuhan mo management. :grrr: Although, you can play games sa post mo (even during shift) as long as you stop or pause the game when you have a call. And maganda dahil malalaro mo yung mga bagong games. For me, nadalian ako sa account na ito.

Kung sa latter... I think it has better management and the account is bigger than the other one and they give out cool free stuff a lot more.

hi. im workin with ambergris. almost a year now. thats not true. we do get paid for OTs and yes we have medical benefits here from Maxicare. aside from physical checkups, hospitalization, dental, etc, u can even have a body massage, w/c is covered by maxicare, sa megamall. just tell them that ur stressed with work. i had mine last week *okay*

regarding the transcript of records, yeah u need to pass it, together with nbi clearance, physical exam results, 2x2 pic but d nmn sa final interview. pwede mo n ihabol un sa training. wag nyo sabihin n sinabi ko ha ;) supposed to be submitted kc un sa contract signing, pero syempre alam nmn natin na sometimes we're too bc so understanding nmn ang HR. u just need to complete all those requirements para maregular ***. okie?*okay*

You may ask the person who informed you that you are already accepted kung meron mang dadalhin. Since during the signing of contract, may fifillup-an na kayong Bank forms for payroll account, which require 1x1 ID pics. You may bring some ID pictures, resumes, and other documents reuiqred for employment. Just based this when I got hired from Amber last 2004.

Read the contract carefully. Make sure you agree on everything stated therein before signing. *okay*

you have to dude... Your salary will be put on hold till you pass ALL the requirements needed by ambergris. ;) pa epal lang.

dude I dont want to disclose this information... Some HR specifically in recruitment also access PEX for recruiting purposes like Mr. Muerte and Ms. Legal Recuiter. They might not sign may clearance. hehehe :glee:

sa medical center near ortigas. may ginagawa pa silang physical exam. may mga kaibigan nakong tumanggi dito. HR didnt know about the Physical exam. they only need drug test and tb test. yun lang.

bakla pa ang nag phyphysical exam. kaya badtrip. tanggihan mo nalang.
at pag binantaan ka ding "pag di ka nagpa physical, lalagay nila not fit to work ka" sa case ng mga kaibigan ko.. pinapabalik sila for 3 days. kundi, not fit to work daw.

hi guys! ask ko naman.. kse last april 7, i had my initial and 2nd interview at ambergris.. the hr staff told me that i passed the 2nd interview, and will schedule me for the final interview with the operations manager... she did not say what account nya ko iaassign.. well, just wonderin', its already april 25 and la pa call.. do you think it's just one way of saying "sorry you failed"?... i was expecting kse.. or do you think i should call them to follow up my application? :D .. if in case you failed in the recruitment process, will ambergris send an email? baka kse naghihintay pala me sa wala... thanks po :D

sayang, lam mo ba wen i applied sa amber i was stil with another call center. so when i got the job offer sabi ko d pa me pwede magstart with the training. ok *** daw daw but i need to wait for that account's next traininig sked, or if may iba account na open pwede daw me irecommend dun. alam mo when i started training? four months later.:eek: !! tinawagan me months before nun pero sa ibang accnt me ilalagay. outbound. sabi ko ayaw ko outbound so wait n *** me for my orig accnt na magka-slot ulit. so ayun, 4 months after my final sked me nakapasok sa amber. so just in case d u masaya jan sa work mo ***** u can stil follow up sa HR bk pwede p. *okay*
