Rates are at PhP1,200/session for the personalized training with the machines (resistance training). PhP 450/session for the mat pilates (parang yoga).

So far, it's the most effective exercise I've ever experienced.

or you can buy your own dvd or vhs and mat and do it at home. beginners take 20 minutes only.

medyo may kamahalan yung mat, it's something around US$55 + shipping and handling pa (pero may kasamang video yata to).

puede din ang yoga mats, pero di ko alam san kumukuha non. parang sa association of fitness instructors of the philippines daw sa alabang. pero ask mo si PePs. baka she can get one for you. tell me if puede ka magpabili sa kanya. :)

ako, I use the mat na kasama sa yoga kit ng Nike, pero sabi nila mas maganda daw ang yoga mats talaga. so i might buy a yoga mat.

also, you can buy pilates books from powerbooks or any other bookstore kung nahirapan ka to source videos. wag lang yung pilates for dummies daw. ;)

I got The Pilates Body by Brooke Siler last year at NBS RP. Mahal sya, pero ok yung illustration e. But I think I need a video or something to explain things better.

I can't go to your sessions kasi one, wala ako time. And two, can't afford. :D

Hi! I bought a stretching mat, which can also be used as a yoga or pilates mat, at NIKE PARK. It costs around Php900+. It is quite expensive but worth buying.

I bought pilates and yoga books and they're all helpful.

i also have the nike yoga mat... pero di daw ganun kaganda coz it's not sticky....

di ko pa napupuntahan ang yoga foundation for the mats but will update you guys asap!

yup... mat pilates are good din daw... and at times pa nga more difficult than the one where you use the machines...

i really don't know the diff between the two pero i'm thinking baka mas more for strength training yung sa machines (because you work with resistances and all)... and yung sa mat, more on lengthening and flexibility...

but still, mat pilates does make your core stronger....

hmmm... i dunno if the yoga i tried is the real yoga (kasi sa gym ko lang na-a-attendan)... pero... nasasaktan kasi ako sa yoga...

there's workout pain... and then there's real pain (like sa knees and ankles)....

i get real pain sa yoga... pilates doesn't do that to me...
