I have thought about what company I want to have in the future and that is a genuine recycling plant that would not only earn money but also properly recycle waste materials.

Owner of course! Even if you are the CEO but do not own the company, it means you are still working for somebody. And no matter how hard you work, you're still making more money for the owner.
