What do you think are the policies/standards of the Philippine companies that suck?
I can name one. The requirement of restricting applications for jobs which can be done by anyone (i.e. call center jobs) to graduates only.
C'mon, the job of call centers can also be done vby undergrads too, but why the restriction? I think this just goes well with the very stale and below-standard hiring system our country has.
