what can u say about KOREANS when it comes offering salary...??

i used to work for a korean co. e...in terms of salary, mababa sya...n terms of opportunity 4 growth, mabagal sya...probably bec. it's a mfg. plant & it's located in the province.

pero no regrets naman ako...naging masaya naman ang stay ko dun for 3 mos. :D miss ko nga yung mga officemates ko dun... :(

I am working in a KOREAN co here in libya. so frustrating! :mad: :mad: :mad: we are just a second class citizen sa kanila. sarap pag uumpugin ang mga ulo. About sa sahod, okay lang pwede na. THEY HAVE A HARD TIME COMMUNICATING IN ENGLISH kaya kami lagi ang front nila kapag kinakausap ang owner and consultant. They have this ugali na ayaw palamang lagi gusto nila superior lagi sila and no. 1 seloso lalo na when it comes to talking to others.
