To those who have taken up, taking up or planning to take up an MBA:

I want to take an MBA course in one of the three schools, but I still can't decide which one... :|

Which of the three schools offers the best training?

Which MBA degree will best help me advance my career?

What does one school have that the others don't?

Pros? Cons?

hi there,

to answer your question, all schools that you have mentioned can actually be the best school...for YOU! it is very relative.

by the way, you have some options, you can either enroll to one of those schools and sacrifice your work right now, or you may enroll yourself to an online MBA program awarded by University of Wales, UK. This program is accessible through Informatics Virtual Learning Center.

For more information, you may check out: purpletrain.com (http://www.purpletrain.com)

or email me at mgenabe@informatics.net.ph (mailto:mgenabe@informatics.net.ph) for more information. you may also call 893-4818 loc. 123, 124, 108 or 8934812.

thanks! :D

Check their individual course/subject listings first, then choose the school that best suits you. You might also want to check the flexibility of their schedule, exit points, etc. I wonder, why aren't you considering AIM?

I personally think what you get out of an MBA is just as much as the effort you put into it. And I personally think that these three schools you mentioned are just about the same.

Having said that, perception wise, I think UP, La Salle, Ateneo, in that order. :)

Thanks Cobkin, i might just do that.

As for why i'm not considering AIM, the reason is simple: I couldn't afford AIM, though it would be my number one choice if I could.

It may interest you to know that AIM provides a wide range of scholarships. I don't really know the details of these, but a friend of mine was granted partial scholarship some two years ago.

It may eventually end up just as much as what you'll spend in UP, La Salle, or Ateneo.

If you are considering a career in Finance, think about the MS Finance program in UP. The program provides a good basis for a CFO track career.

Of course, I am a marketing guy now.

It is a very solid program with good teachers. Comparing it to my US MBA, what is missing is the support systems though.

May Angels smile upon you,
Joe

Although, i am a graduate of ateneo grad school, if i were you, go for la salle. mas maganda ang program nila and the professors are more competent than ateneo's.
