It is hard to prescribe one solution that can help you deal with this office mate who is "childish in whatever situation." It is better if we deal with the childishness one situation at a time. So maybe we can help you if you give examples of such childishness.

Reminds me of my officemate.. she actually sits beside me, I can still tolerate that. What annoys me is that her "pagdadabog" whenever our superior criticize her work.. it aint healthy.. I do believe that it's better to accept criticism as challenge for self improvement. She sits in a padabog manner then she uses my phone and hang it down loudly.. very irritating.. we just shake our head whenever she's into that behavior :rolleyes:

most of the time natotolerate ko pa, kso pag too much na, nakakabuwesit na.. they should know when to stop acting like a child and be sensitive to the people around them. they should learn to respect our space

Bago pa lang ba? Pagbigyan mo muna kung tolerable naman at hindi nakakaapekto sa trabaho. Kung nakakaapekto, puwede mo kausapin ng nicely, effective din yun.
