Hi guys!

I've been with the company for 1.5 years now and i want to get out this hell place! The reasons are: (1) my working relationship with my immediate boss is not that good. I only found out now that we dont work good as a team. Everytime na i'll not be reporting on work esp. on monday she always think that im on an interview. (2) I hate out HRD Manager! Sobrang pakialamera! Even my relationship with my present GF who happens to be a former employee of this company ay pinakikialaman.

I want to get out of this org. but my i want to make it sure to have job b4 i resign.

Guys help me! What will I do. By the my job is on the finance side of the company.

My friend have you ever heard of the saying "Comply before you complain."? It may be a military jargon and may rather sound trite but have you ever considered looking into how you deal with your so-called work irritants before pointing a finger at them?Have you ever considered assessing your dealings with them that may have caused such suspicions from your immediate boss?Have you not even considered that the reason why you cannot relate with your HRD may be caused by a personal bias affirmed by your GF? Think again my friend! 1.5 years in a work force is to short a time to have such a strong hatred(if i may use the word) for the place you work for because considereing the length of your stay you actually haven't set roots on your work place. Re-assess yourself. It might be you that refuses to belong.

You should update your resume and start sending copies to the different online job sites, to headhunters and to the different companies. Research on the different groups you might be interested to join in the future. That's a start on how to find another job while still in one.

your contract is two-way. if management feels that the service is no longer worth the salary, management can lay you off.

likewise, if you don't like your company, you can quit, with certain provisions such as giving them sufficient time (usually a month) to find and train a suitable replacement.

the way i see it, takot ka ring mawalan nang trabaho. kasi kung talagang ayaw mo na sa company mo, nag-quit ka na outright.

no one is holding a gun to your head. kung ayaw, di huwag!

Pare, I feel for you.

Been there. Done that. But before anything else, consider having a good civilized talk with the parties concerned. Voice out your complaints (in a respectful manner of course) and try to work out your differences muna. Malay mo, di pala nila alam na yung ginagawa nila e nagkakaroon ng adverse effect sa iyo.

Communicate and try to come to a compromise of sorts. Then give the agreement some time to jell. Maybe about a month or so, making sure that both of you stick to the arrangement. Give yourself a deadline. If things still don't work out by then, resign.

Yan din ang ginawa ko last year with a particular company. Di ko na sasabihin yung pangalan since their ads are all over the place. Suffice to say it's an IT educational facility. Naaatraso ako so I talked it over with the vice president. Nagkaroon kami ng agreement and deadline. Pero nothing happened. So I resigned. Took me another 5 months before I got another job. Was it worth it? DEFINITELY!

hi.
y know what, I also have been with my company for 1.5 years, and i also want to get out. pero my reasons aren't like yours.
hmm.. your reasons seem to be personal ha.

try thinking of it this way: if you leave the company, and find another job, will you be sure that you won't meet people who are like your boss and the hrd officer? i think we're still young in the working world and probably we will meet people who might be even worse than them. like what Eterna said, consider assesing your dealings with them. i think it's better to leave the company after you have resolved your problems with them. but if their presence really bothers you, then it's really time to consider seriously other opportunities, but try your best not to let your personal rel with your ofcmates degrade the quality of work you do.

tsaka, hirap maghanap ng trabaho ngayon, kaya make sure may ibang work ka na bef you resign.

good luck!
