naisip ko kasi jogging, pero there might be a better and faster way...help! ;)

You can try jogging, walking, biking, inline skating, or any exercise that concentrates on leg work. Sorry, there's no easy or fast way to slim down effectively.

kaya lang, di kaya lumaki yung calf muscles and such pag nasobrahan yung ganoong exercise? or kumporme lang sa tao yun?

I don't see how you'll be able to slim down your legs save for exercising. I would think muscles would be preferable to fat. You are not going to develop muscular legs anyway unless you undergo serious training.

isolation exercises for legs wont be able to help you. i'm sorry to dissapoint you but there's no such thing as spot reduction.

the only way to slim down you're legs is to lose body fat. calorie deficit will make you lose fat. cardio exercises mentioned by doc Ira will help along with proper dieting.

but the hard part is body fat is often loss in upper body first before the lower body. (the case for most people)

your body type maybe a factor if you cant lose fat in your legs. like me, i'm heavy legged. no matter how hard i train and diet. there's just no way that i could make my legs slimmer. they're just naturally big and muscular.

hi, i go to slimmer's and use their transport. it's pretty effective...in two and a half months, i've lost around two to two and a half inches off my thighs!

CLY is right....their is no such thing as spot reduction and usually....specially for women, unang pumapayat and upper body, last and lower.

i used to have the same problem....well, my legs arent exactly pang-model thin now, but its way better than before.

if you really want to trim your legs, you'll have to trim ur over-all body fat....by doing cardio exercise (i would recommend jogging, hiking, and biking) and by eating right (lessen the fat, veggies, ect ect).

tapos mag muscle training ka rin....pero just use mga magagaan lang para hindi lalong lumaki katawan mo....it will just help you get enough muscles that will help you burn more fat....and remember, increasing your muscles in your upper body will help your lower body lose fat faster....kaya dont focus on your lower body palagi, dapat balance.....ok :)

i suggest that you enroll in a gym and tell ur instructer kung ano ang gusto mong outcome :)

oo nga pala, for your cardio exercise....if you're going to jog dapat straight 15mins minimun....walang pahinga or hindi pahinto-hinto...i read na mas effective yung fast tapos slow tapos fast ulit....gets?? :)...i'm just not sure about the bike...di kasi ako marunong nun e...hehe
