I've seen this site Openpinoy.com and they're selling lot's of electronic stuff. They had this Quad Core package for about 32k, I think this might be good for the TS if he wants something relatively cheap for gaming. As for the quality, I am not so sure but it seems like there have been many who have purchased in this shop.

you should upgrade your pc such as vedio card can play the newest game smoothly,fallout3,halo.call of duty.that is a great difference on different pc.
